Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Outfitter app and website, operated by X Minds AB, registered in Stockholm, Sweden ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Outfitter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Outfitter. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country (for example, 16 in parts of the EU), you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use Outfitter. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Outfitter lets you upload photos and generate AI images that show how clothing might look on you. The service depends on third-party providers and may change, be updated, or be temporarily unavailable from time to time.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the images Outfitter generates for you. To provide the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your photos — including sending them to our AI providers — solely to generate your results and operate the app.

By uploading photos, you confirm that:

• you have the right to use them, and
• they do not depict another person without that person's consent.

You agree not to:

• upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that depicts another person without consent;
• use Outfitter to harass, impersonate, or harm others;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service; or
• use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Outfitter Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional try-ons and features. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you purchase and may vary by region.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Payments, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's terms. Any refund requests are subject to Apple's policies.

Try-on images are generated by AI and are approximations. They may not accurately represent the fit, color, size, or appearance of real products, and should not be relied on for purchasing decisions. The images are intended for personal, non-commercial use.

Outfitter, including its name, logo, design, and software, belongs to X Minds AB and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated images will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, X Minds AB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

You may stop using Outfitter and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of Outfitter after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
